Shipping and delivery

Shipping: All items purchased by 2pm CST each day will be shipped within 2 business days.

Local Pickup: If you reside in Clarksville, TN or surrounding areas and would like to do a local pickup of your items please use promo code, "LOCALPU" at checkout to avoid all shipping costs and we will be in touch with you via email.

Handmade delays: Custom orders take 1-2 weeks to create, then 3-5 days to ship. We'll email updates on your timeline.

International shipping: Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship internationally. We only ship throughout the U.S.

Lost packages: If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us within 3 days. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Holiday rushes: During November-December, add 2 extra days to all processing times. Order by December 15th for Christmas delivery.
